W'Key MICE is the events arm of W'Key Media: meetings, incentives, conferences and events, from İzmir across Türkiye. The difference is simple — the team that plans the event also designs it, runs registration, films it and reports on it. No hand-offs between an organiser, a designer and a film crew.
We run Mud Monster Party ourselves, on our own ticketing and QR system. Before, during, after: one team.

Questions, answered
Do you run the whole event or only film it?
Either. We can take the event end to end — concept, invitations, registration, stage visuals, on-site coordination and content — or join only for filming and social coverage.
Can you handle registration and ticketing?
Yes. We built the ticketing, online payment and QR gate system for the Mud Monster Party festival ourselves; the same setup can run invitations, registration and check-in for corporate events.
Who handles the venue, catering and technical setup?
We coordinate them. Venue, catering, sound and light are planned with suppliers chosen for the event and written into one timeline, so you talk to one team.
What does MICE stand for?
Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions/Events — the corporate events industry. For us it covers corporate events, launches, meetings and congresses, festivals and trade fairs.
Do you shoot outside İzmir?
Yes. We shoot on location across İzmir and the Aegean, and project by project across Türkiye. Our Istanbul Airport (İGA) series is one example.
