Should I send the products to your studio?
Either works: bring them to our studio in Konak or we shoot at your place. For food and drink, shooting next to the kitchen usually gives a better result.
Can photo and video be shot on the same day?
Yes, if planned, both fit into one shoot day. The number of photos and videos to be delivered is written into the quote.
Which formats do you deliver for e-commerce?
Whatever your channels need: landscape or square for the site and marketplaces, 9:16 for reels and stories. We fix the sizes in the brief.
How long does it take?
Shoot day 4–12 hours; edit, colour and retouch 3–7 working days. Short social versions up to 2 days.
How many revisions do I get?
2–3 rounds depending on the type of content. Approval steps are built into the process from the start; large changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
